Submit the server hosting form below to request new virtual machines (appliances and services) or to modify existing ones. The Northeastern centrally managed data center provides connectivity, security, monitoring, and backup and recovery services. Server hosting/housing includes initial setup, administration, and network access.

Firewalls and DNS requests for these servers should be requested separately.

All costs are billed annually by budget index and require a financial approver. Add-ons can be requested for both new and existing servers at an additional annual cost.

The pricing model and service definitions for virtual machines are as follows:

• Small (4 GB memory, 2 VCPU processor, 50 GB storage) – $545.57 annually
• Medium (8 GB memory, 4 VCPU processor, 60 GB storage) – $1,011.05 annually
• Large (16 GB memory, 8 VCPU processor, 100 GB storage) – $1,982.05 annually 

Additional memory, processor and disk space can also be purchased:

• Memory - $74.88 per GB
• CPU - $72.96 per CPU
• Disk space - $2.00 per GB
