Use this form to request university-owned software to be installed only on a university-owned machine without a Northeastern image.

The purpose of this request is to obtain university-owned software that can be installed only on a university-owned machine without a Northeastern image, IT Services’ standard configuration of software applications. To obtain locally installed software for your computer, you must confirm that you are using a university-owned machine. Please provide the computer's service tag or serial number in the proper field below.

Follow these instructions to install or launch the software on your university-owned machine:

  1. To connect to the software server, your machine must be on the Northeastern network either on campus or via VPN. See How do I connect to Northeastern VPN? for more information.
  2. The installation of some software requires that you are an administrator on your computer. If you are not an administrator, complete the Local Admin Request form before continuing.
